Zach is the founder of Lineal Champ, where he works with a small number of emerging and growth stage CPG brands focused on winning in retail.

Zach started at Perky Jerky while still in college and went on to lead retail sales, helping take the brand from 0 to 30,000 stores as it grew from bootstrapped to venture backed. He later served as an early retail advisor to Liquid Death.

Over 17 years in CPG, Zach has helped drive hundreds of millions in retail sales across grocery, mass, club, convenience, natural, and specialty. Today, through Lineal Champ, he works with fast growing brands including Stars + Honey and Natty Ice Cream, from first stores through national distribution.
