Job description

Mindbloom is looking for hands-on Fractional Growth Marketer to help expand beyond Meta, with an initial focus on launching and scaling YouTube Ads, with Reddit and X as potential future channels.

Seeking expertise in YouTube media buying, multi-channel strategy and budgeting, conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and acquisition economics.

Experience working for telehealth, healthcare, or mental health brands would be helpful

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience launching and scaling YouTube Ads.
• Hands-on multi-channel media buying, strategy, and budgeting.
• Expertise in conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing.
• Strong understanding of CAC, acquisition economics, and performance measurement.
• Bonus: Telehealth/DTC experience, Reddit Ads, X Ads
