Job description

We’re looking for an experienced TikTok Shop operator to lead the end-to-end launch and growth of TikTok Shop for mate, a men’s sexual health & wellness supplement brand.

You’ll own the process from initial onboarding and account setup through launch and ongoing management, including navigating TikTok Shop approvals/compliance, product listings, affiliate strategy, creator/influencer outreach, product seeding, and building a scalable creator pipeline.

Because we operate in men’s sexual health, we’re especially interested in someone who understands how to navigate sensitive or restricted categories and can proactively troubleshoot onboarding, compliance, and approval challenges.

The ideal person isn’t just an advisor—we’re looking for someone who can take ownership and execute the entire TikTok Shop operation from start to finish.

Experience Requirements

Must have hands-on experience launching and managing TikTok Shop for health, wellness, supplement, or adjacent consumer brands.

Experience should include leading the full TikTok Shop lifecycle, including onboarding/account setup, product approvals and listings, affiliate program setup, creator recruitment and outreach, product seeding, creator relationship management, and ongoing optimization.

Strong experience building and managing TikTok Shop affiliate/creator programs, including identifying relevant creators, conducting outreach, negotiating collaborations, and scaling successful partnerships.

Bonus: Experience successfully onboarding and operating TikTok Shop accounts in sensitive, restricted, or compliance-heavy categories, particularly men’s sexual health or supplements.
