Creator & TikTok Shop Marketing Lead @ Wizard Wellness, Inc
Published: September 25, 2026
Job description
This is not a "post three times a week" social gig. This is the person who runs the creator engine.
What you'll own
Sourcing and outreach. Find health, wellness, and clean-living creators (nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, mom-wellness, microbiome nerds) across TikTok and Instagram. Vet them for real fit, not just follower count. Run personalized outreach and actually chase the replies.
Seeding and gifting. Manage the gifting pipeline: shortlists, addresses, shipments, follow-ups, and making sure product turns into posts.
TikTok Shop and affiliate. Grow our creator roster on TikTok Shop, manage commissions and affiliate links, and keep sellers active. Experience here is a big plus.
Performance tracking. Log every creator, post, and channel. Know our cost per view, cost per click, and ROAS cold. Tell us weekly which creators to re-sign, which posts to put paid dollars behind, and which channel is winning.
Budget. Manage the creator budget like it's your own money. Test small, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
Always-on experimentation. Try new creator types, formats, and hooks constantly. Bring us ideas, not just reports.
Experience Requirements
- Have run an influencer, creator, or TikTok Shop program before, ideally for a DTC or CPG brand.
- Are genuinely fluent in TikTok and Instagram as marketing channels, not just as a scroller.
- Are organized to a slightly annoying degree. Nothing falls through the cracks with you.
- Are comfortable in spreadsheets and can turn messy data into a clear "here's what we do next."
- Can write a creator DM that gets a reply and a brief that gets on-message content.
- Move fast, take ownership, and don't need to be managed to stay busy.
Bonus points
- You've worked with health, wellness, beauty, or supplement brands.
- You've touched tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or creator platforms (think Refunnel, Kreo, Kale, Levanta, or similar).
- You understand the compliance side of health claims and know how to keep creators on the right side of it.
