Job description

We’re looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Head of Growth to help scale Ettika, an established fashion jewelry brand with strong wholesale partnerships and a rapidly growing ecommerce business.

This is not a traditional marketing management role. We’re looking for an operator who can identify growth opportunities, build systems, and execute alongside our team.

You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with our marketing, creative, ecommerce, operations, and content teams to drive profitable growth across every customer acquisition channel.

Areas you’ll own include:

* Ecommerce growth strategy
* Shopify optimization & conversion rate optimization (CRO)
* Meta advertising strategy
* TikTok Shop growth
* Affiliate & creator programs
* Email & SMS marketing (Klaviyo)
* AI workflow implementation
* Analytics & attribution
* Growth experimentation
* Team leadership and accountability

Our goal is to build a scalable growth engine—not just improve ad performance.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner, loves testing new ideas, and can help take a multi-channel consumer brand to its next stage of growth.

Experience Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has successfully scaled consumer brands, preferably in fashion, beauty, accessories, or lifestyle.

Requirements:

* 7+ years leading ecommerce growth
* Proven experience scaling Shopify brands to $10M+ in annual revenue
* Deep expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, and paid social strategy
* Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator ecosystems
* Experience with Klaviyo, CRO, landing pages, and customer retention
* Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions from performance metrics
* Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams
* Familiarity with AI tools and automation is a major plus
* Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on

Bonus experience:

* Fashion or beauty industry
* Wholesale + DTC business models
* Marketplace experience (Amazon, Nordstrom, TikTok Shop)
* Subscription or loyalty programs
* International ecommerce
