We’re seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative expression of our brand across every touchpoint, from packaging to digital experiences. This role is equal parts creative leadership and hands-on execution, owning the visual identity and art direction for everything we bring to market.
As our brand’s design authority, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, growth, and content teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and originality across every visual output. From conceptualizing campaigns and packaging to directing photoshoots and leading UI/UX initiatives, this role requires strategic thinking and pixel-perfect execution.

6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role
A stunning portfolio showcasing brand design, packaging, email, social, and digital experiences
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Experience working in or with high-growth CPG or wellness/lifestyle brands
Excellent communication and organizational skills — ability to manage timelines and stakeholders
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, leading reviews, and owning project roadmaps

Salary Range $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
