Job description

We’re a small team and ~$2M business looking for someone to drive profitable customer acquisition growth via Meta. This role would be responsible for ad buying, creative strategy, and funnel strategy, working closely with myself (Founder) as well as our video editor and designers / developers. We currently spend $30K-40K / month on Meta (profitably), but looking to scale up efficiently.

Experience Requirements

Recent experience driving Meta acquisition at a similarly sized, profit-focused company.
Experience with female audiences and/or mom & baby brands would be a plus.
