Job description

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth and optimization of Reno Source’s digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will own the e-commerce strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue, conversion, and customer retention.

Experience Requirements

- Proven track record of developing and executing e-commerce strategies
- Proficiency in conversation rate optimization, data analysis, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Experience defining, OWNING, and evolving e-commerce roadmaps to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
- Demonstrable skills related to A/B testing, site layout, CTAs, product pages, and checkout to maximize conversion rate and reduce bounce/cart abandonment rates.
- Experience with building materials, home improvement, or renovation industry is a strong asset.
