Job description

We're looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our customer communication strategy. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging email and SMS campaigns, managing segmentation, testing strategies, and maximizing customer LTV. This role requires close collaboration with our design and content teams to ensure messaging is aligned with our brand voice while delivering measurable results.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience managing email & SMS marketing campaigns for eCommerce businesses with $25M+ annual revenue.
Strong proficiency with Klaviyo and SMS platforms like Postscript.
Ability to create and optimize customer journeys, automated flows, and advanced segmentation strategies.
Track record of improving email and SMS performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
Experience in A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance to implement data-driven optimizations.
