Job description

We're seeking an email marketing specialist to improve our customer retention and lifetime value metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute email marketing strategy using Klaviyo
* Create targeted customer segments and automation flows
* Optimize email engagement metrics and revenue
* Improve 60-day and 90-day customer LTV (currently $93 and $95)
* Potentially expand into SMS marketing

Experience Requirements

* Proven experience growing email revenue in e-commerce
* Expert knowledge of Klaviyo platform and best practices for email delivery
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
* Data-driven approach to testing and optimization
* Experience with retention metrics and LTV improvement strategies
