Job description

We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Assistant to execute and optimize our affiliate marketing programs across multiple platforms including Howl, Impact, ShopMy, and TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in relationship management and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate marketing programs across Howl, Impact, ShopMy, and TikTok Shop platforms
- Drive creator relationships and maintain regular communication with affiliate partners and network representatives
- Coordinate gifting initiatives in collaboration with our influencer marketing team
- Generate and analyze performance reports to optimize program effectiveness
- Execute strategic campaigns during key business moments and seasonal peaks
- Monitor affiliate activities, validate commissions, and ensure compliance with program terms

Experience Requirements

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing program management, especially in beauty / CPG
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, particularly Howl, Impact, ShopMy, and TikTok Shop
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
