Job description

We are looking for an experienced email marketing freelancer to help us design, establish, and implement effective email flows to engage customers, nurture leads, and streamline operations for our rapidly growing business, Jolly.

Jolly provides premium, curated merchandise solutions to top-tier brands, making branded merch effortless through a frictionless customer experience. Your role will include determining the right strategy for email communication at various stages of our customer journey, crafting compelling copy aligned with our brand voice, and fully executing the flows using our chosen email platform.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in email marketing strategy, design, and implementation

Familiarity with email automation platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Strong copywriting skills, able to capture a brand’s voice and effectively engage different audiences

Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing automated email workflows
