Job description

Hello! My name is Feras, Co-Founder of a world class retention agency called New Standard Co. (https://www.newstandardco.com/). We work with some of the biggest DTC brands like AG1, Caraway, BYLT Basics, Nike Strength, and more. We're looking to bring on a very talented, experienced, and hard working CRM with exceptional communication skills to join our team.

Experience Requirements

Experience running retention programs for 8- and 9- figure DTC brands, with a focus on Email & SMS. Deep experience with the most popular ESPs (Klaviyo, Postscript, and others). Great client communication. Ability to handle conversations with C-Suite executives. Experience working on the brand side is preferred, but not required. Must be able to tactically execute!
