Job description

Get us live on TikTok Shop. We tried to self-manage & hit wall after wall in Category / Regulatory failures. We need a pro who knows the platform and can drive this end-to-end.

What you’ll own:
• Audit our current setup and requirements
• Configure account, compliance, shipping, tax, returns
• Connect product catalog and inventory to TikTok Shop
• Set up tracking, promotions, coupons, affiliate/creator programs
• Build simple SOPs and hand off a clean, maintainable setup

Experience Requirements

Must haves:
• Proven track record launching multiple TikTok Shop stores for DTC brands
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop settings, policies, and approvals
• Strong project management skills with clear timelines and accountability
• Comfortable coordinating with founders and moving fast

Nice to have: Experience with catalog feeds, variations, bundles, and live shopping.
