Job description

I am looking for a performance creative lead. Specifically some help on performance creative. The ideal person is able manage the entire creative process from ideation, to sourcing on content, to creative feedback (with the help of our video editors). Our media budgets are currently small but hope we can grow them fairly quickly as we bring on more help. Is this something you would be interested in helping with? As we grow everything is going to have tight CPA goals to make sure we grow profitably. Let me know!
