Job description

RareCarat, multi 9-figure diamond marketplace, is looking for FULL TIME VP of Growth / CMO to lead up their marketing team. They spend more than $75MM annually primarily across search (by far the #1 channel), paid social, and affiliate, but have a lean, scrappy marketing team of 2.

Experience Requirements

Experience managing 8-figure marketing budgets, with a focus on paid search. Proven marketing leader with at least 5-8 YOE. Extremely data-driven and analytical; very good with numbers, incrementality, etc. Willing to roll up sleeves and get in the weeds; someone who doesn't need a large team to be successful.
