Email/SMS Account Management (Klaviyo) @ Zettler Digital

Published: November 18, 2024

Job description

We're looking to add another email/SMS account manager to our team, specifically someone with experience operating on Klaviyo

Experience Requirements

We are looking for a client-facing resource to supplement our agency's present bandwidth. This person would be responsible for operating as a day-to-day contact for clients where we administer email/SMS on Klaviyo on a monthly basis. The number of deliverables varies per account, but most are ~20 messages per month (between campaigns and updated flow content). This person would be the go-between for clients and our copywriters and designers.
