About Sans: At Sans, our mission is to nurture and care for the spaces that nurture and care for us — creating the biggest possible impact on our long-term health. Our minimalist, design-forward air and water purifiers have built a loyal following on Instagram, and now we’re looking to grow our digital presence @breathesans with fresh energy and creativity.
The Role: We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to lead content creation and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll report to the Partnerships Manager and play a key role in rebuilding our social voice and visual presence across platforms

What You’ll Do:
Co-develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across TikTok, IG and all social platforms
Create engaging, unique, & creative content for all social media channels across the Sans social profiles (TikTok, IG, FB, YT, Pinterest, etc) with a focus on viral TikTok growth and Instagram presence
Ideate, create, and edit content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts) that reflects our tone and aesthetic
Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to grow engagement and reach
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
Manage and schedule content across publishing platforms with precision and consistency
Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and best practices to inform strategy
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience creating content for brands
Have a cross-platform mindset, able to see positioning/repurposing strategies for Instagram content across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
Strong visual eye and understanding of Sans’ brand aesthetic
Ability to self-produce short-form video content (on-camera and behind-the-scenes)
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Proven experience writing engaging social media copy, blog content, and video scripts that align with a distinct brand voice and tone
Strong understanding of digital trends, content performance metrics, and how to optimize copy for engagement and shareability
Bonus: passion for health and wellness
