Email & SMS Marketing Strategist (Freelance / Retainer) Remote @ Nebula Studio

We’re a fast-growing DTC brand in the cooking space looking for a results-driven Email & SMS Marketing Strategist to take the lead on our retention marketing efforts.

🔥 What You’ll Do:
Own the Email & SMS strategy across Klaviyo and Postscript

Plan and manage our full promotional calendar (sales, launches, holidays, etc.)

Write concise, high-converting copy (our emails are very short, text-light, image-heavy)

Collaborate with our in-house designer to brief and oversee email creatives

Set up, test, and launch campaigns and flows directly in Klaviyo and Postscript

Audit and optimize automations & flows based on performance data

💼 You Won’t Be Doing:
Design work (we have an in-house graphic designer for that)

Long-form writing (our emails are minimal text, mostly visuals)

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing Klaviyo + Postscript for a DTC brand

Strong sense of ecommerce email/SMS strategy and copywriting

Confident in setting up campaigns, flows, A/B tests, and optimizations

Able to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table

Comfortable working on a retainer basis (preferred)
