Job description
WelleCo is an Australian supplement brand founded by supermodel Elle Macpherson in 2014 as a result of her wellness journey. Our core customer is 45+ women, and we operate in AU (40%), US (30%), EU (15%) & UK (15%). Our hero product is The Super Elixir, a daily greens powder.
We currently use an agency to manage our global affiliate program, however as the brand grows we are looking to evolve this model to someone who can be part of our internal team and focus solely on rapidly growing our program.
This person would drive strategy and execution, however we're open to growing the team further with an off-shore support role if required. They would be responsible for the entire Affiliate channel and it's revenue contribution.
