Job description

We’re looking for a performance-driven media buyer to manage and scale paid campaigns, with a focus on Meta and oversight across all other channels. You’ll work closely with our creative strategist to guide ad angles, test new creatives, and hit aggressive KPIs. This is a key role with full ownership of performance marketing across the brand.

Experience Requirements

Proven track record managing $1M+/month in ad spend with an 8-fig DTC, primarily on Meta. Must have experience scaling DTC brands profitably, managing multi-channel campaigns, and working closely with creative teams to drive performance.
