Job description

Freestyle is scaling but mostly at retail. We're looking for a wizard who understands the volatility of a subscription based business while navigating extreme commercial growth. You'll work closely with our CMO and marketing team to scale the marketing mix and overall revenue for freestyle.world

Experience Requirements

Experience scaling a DTC business from $1mm to $25mm+
We're looking for someone who understands how all the pieces fit together—acquisition, conversion, retention, subscriptions, merchandising, analytics, and customer experience—and can identify the highest leverage opportunities for growth.
Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
Experience navigating omnichannel businesses where retail and DTC influence one another
