Basis (surfbasis.com / @gosurfbasis) is a category-creating, patent-pending surf paddle trainer with a 7 figure run-rate, $100K/month in profitable paid spend, and the first product of its kind.
We're looking for a fractional Head of Growth to own the acquisition funnel and lead the push to 8 figures. This hire would own the full acquisition funnel - media buying, paid social, search, creative strategy, and email. Must have experience scaling brands from sub $5m to $10m+.
They are the first senior hire between Van, the founder, and the market, and their job is to optimize existing systems, team members, and agencies to accelerate growth and profitability.
This role lives at the intersection of media buying and creative strategy — you should be as comfortable in Ads Manager as you are giving feedback on hook structure and UGC scripts, and then connecting those insights across CRO and email to close the loop on the funnel.
