Job description

We’re a fast-growing pet wellness brand building new customer acquisition channels across QR-based products, petition-driven lead gen, and subscription offerings. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to help us design, test, and scale these funnels.

What You’ll Do

Own and iterate on customer acquisition strategies across multiple funnels (QR tags, petitions, subscriptions)
Identify and test new growth channels (paid, partnerships, viral loops, etc.)
Work closely with email and direct response freelancers to improve conversion rates
Analyze funnel performance and recommend optimizations
Help prioritize experiments and roadmap growth initiatives

Experience Requirements

4+ years in growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Strong understanding of funnels, CAC/LTV, and conversion optimization
Experience working with DTC or subscription products
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment
Bonus: experience in pet, health, or consumer wellness brands
