Job description

We are looking for somebody for a one time set-up but potentially ongoing work in improving retention / reducing churn.

We are currently using Stay.ai but are considering Recharge or Loop as an alternative.

We right now want somebody and just come in an customize the stay retention engine kind of a best practices 80/20 kinda set-up as I feel we are not even doing the bare minimum in terms of trying to reduce churn right now.

Experience Requirements

Somebody who has a proven track record of working in subscription and improving retention, cancellation surveys. etc.
