Job description

We're building an AI-powered conversational commerce product for Shopify Plus D2C brands and want to learn from people who've hands-on used similar tools — Fermat, Constructor, Gorgias, Klaviyo AI, or other AI/personalization/chat tools on the brand side. This is a paid advisory conversation, not a full-time role. We're looking to understand your experience with these products: what worked, what didn't, how you evaluated them, and how they impacted conversion and customer experience. If you've also run A/B testing programs on PDPs or site experiences, that's a huge plus.

Experience Requirements

Experience using one or more of the following tools at a D2C or ecommerce brand: Fermat Commerce, Constructor.io, Gorgias, Klaviyo AI, Rebuy, Nosto, or similar AI-powered personalization/chat/conversion tools. Bonus if you've managed A/B testing programs or evaluated new vendor tools for an ecommerce team.
