Job description
Part-Time Graphic Designer (Contract)
We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to support multiple brands during a temporary maternity leave coverage, with the potential for expanded opportunities.
This role will support our email, social, website, and MMS design needs, working closely with our creative team to ensure visual consistency and quality across channels.
Timing & Structure:
Start: Early February (training and onboarding)
Transition: April, with ownership of day-to-day design needs during leave
Duration: Temporary, with potential for continued work across our brand portfolio if it’s a strong fit
What You’ll Work On:
Email design using an existing design system (efficient and well-organized)
Social and digital assets
Website and MMS creative
Primarily supporting two established cannabis brands, with potential exposure to additional brands as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
A creative, experienced graphic designer with strong digital design skills
Comfortable working within established brand systems (Slack, Asana, Figma, Adobe)
Organized, reliable, and collaborative
Able to move efficiently without sacrificing quality
Experienced in Figma & Adobe Suite

Experience Requirements
5+ years of professional design experience across digital and print.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Webflow, Relume, and Shopify, and more.
Experience designing for email, SMS, paid ads, social media, web, landing pages, print, and packaging.
Strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and responsive design principles.
Experience in DTC, wellness, or CPG brands with fast-paced creative cycles/
Comfortable using Figma, Adobe, Slack, Google Suite, and Asana for collaboration and project management.
