We are looking for a Director of Retention to lead our CRM program. This is a high-visibility leadership role overseeing the full retention ecosystem — strategy, experimentation, lifecycle communications, churn mitigation, and cross-functional optimization.

Experience Requirements
• Bring 7-9 years of experience in D2C lifecycle marketing, CRM, or subscription strategy — ideally within subscription-driven brands.
• Have a strong analytical foundation with the ability to turn data into strategy, experiments, and clear recommendations.
• Possess strong direct response copywriting skills and design aesthetic.
• Have experience with CRM platforms, experimentation tools, segmentation, cohort analysis, and messaging automation.
