Job description

We’re hiring a Director of Growth to own revenue growth end-to-end: paid acquisition, CRO, LTV expansion, omnichannel spend as well as influencer programs. We're looking for someone with a sharp focus on data, unit economics, and decision quality. You'll work closely with the president of the company and accountable for revenue growth, contribution margin, and omnichannel blended CAC/MER.

Experience Requirements

6+ years of experience managing and scaling DTC brands.
Experience managing and scaling $2M+ monthly spend
Optimize for blended CAC, payback, contribution margin
Make spend allocation decisions based on incrementality (including retail and brand spend)
Translate creative performance into clear scaling and testing decisions
Own weekly growth dashboards
NYC preferred but remote is okay.
