Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Manager to join our team and take full ownership of building, improving, and scaling AI systems inside our company.
Your role: Turn ideas into automated AI workflows that save time, increase revenue, and make our operations 10× smarter.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
Develop and manage internal AI tools for:
Automated P&L sheets (live data → AI-generated insights)
AI-powered shop building (product pages, layouts, optimization)
UGC script writing & creative generation
Automated customer support improvements
Internal workflow automation
AI dashboards, analysis tools, and reporting
Bring new AI ideas to the company weekly
Work directly with the founder to build systems that improve:
Speed
Accuracy
Profitability
Productivity
Test new AI tools and integrate them into daily operations
Document processes so the whole team can use them
Identify bottlenecks and replace manual work with smart automation
🧠 Requirements
Strong experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, agents, RPA, etc.)
Ability to build workflows, automations, and internal tools
Strong logical thinking, problem solving, and creativity
Experience with eCommerce is a big plus
Basic coding skills (Python, JS, API knowledge) preferred
Excellent communication and ability to turn ideas into working systems

Experience Requirements

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, and automation platforms including RPA, agents, or no-code AI solutions.
Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or AI-powered applications to improve operational efficiency.
Strong background in problem-solving, logical thinking, and creative implementation of AI solutions.
Prior experience in eCommerce operations, including product management, customer support, or content creation, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with coding, APIs, or scripting (Python, JavaScript) to integrate AI tools and automate processes.
Demonstrated ability to document workflows and train teams to adopt new AI systems.
Experience testing, evaluating, and integrating AI tools to enhance productivity, accuracy, and profitability.
Track record of taking ownership of projects and turning ideas into scalable AI systems.
