Job description
1. Revenue Growth (Highest importance)
Grow average monthly net sales by 100% by November 30, 2026, by scaling profitable paid acquisition, improving conversion, and increasing customer lifetime value, while staying within agreed MER/CAC guardrails.
2. Margin Improvement
Increase overall gross margin percentage on sales by 25% versus the 2025 baseline by November 30, 2026, by focusing on pricing strategy, product mix, offer design, and tighter control of marketing efficiency.
3. Performance Marketing System
Build and run a high-velocity performance marketing system that:
a) Maintains a blended MER at or above the agreed target at target spend levels for 9 out of 12 months, and
b) Operates on a weekly testing cadence with documented hypotheses, results, and learnings in place by Q2 2026.
4. Forecasting Accuracy
Achieve at least 90% forecasting accuracy for monthly revenue (actuals within ±10% of forecast) for 9 out of 12 months by December 31, 2026, with a documented forecasting model that finance and operations can rely on for planning.
5. Build In-House Email/CRM Team
Design, hire, and fully onboard an in-house email function by February 28, 2026, including at minimum ownership for strategy, copy, and execution, and grow email revenue by 30% by April 2026.
