Job description
Own operational clarity, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment by turning strategic decisions into measurable outcomes. Act as an extension of the CEO to ensure prioritization, follow-through, and focus across the company.
Outcomes:
100% of CEO/leadership meetings have a clear agenda, decisions, owners, and deadlines.
95% of meeting outcomes documented + added to ClickUp within 24h.
Reduce the average time from decision to project kickoff to under <5 days
The CEO has 2–3 deep work blocks/week protected.
50–70% of internal asks are redirected or filtered.
CEO reports reduced need to “chase updates.”
>90% compliance on 1:1s, appraisals, and document hygiene.
CoS delivers KPI packs 3+ days before appraisal reviews.
Experience Requirements
Strategic and systems thinking: Designs low-friction cadences, templates, and folder structures tied to clear output metrics and named owners; converts ambiguity into measurable deliverables; coaches teams to operate with focus.
Execution and follow-through: Closes loops from meeting to action; maintains clean agendas, notes, and ClickUp hygiene; moves quickly from alignment to implementation with visible progress.
Communication and influence: Produces concise one-page summaries with decisions, rationale, owners, and deadlines; challenges vagueness respectfully; facilitates decisive meetings that finish on time.
Organization and Planning – Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets efficiently; focuses on key priorities.
Aggressiveness – Moves quickly and takes a forceful stand without being overly abrasive.
Intelligence – Learns quickly; rapidly understands and absorbs new information.
