Published: October 2, 2025
Job description
Where A-Players Thrive.
At this “non-ordinary boring company” we believe better sleep changes lives, and our mission is to create sleep products that help people live longer and achieve their full potential. With monthly revenues already hitting multiple seven figures and bold global plans, we are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to guide our team, and turn insights into creatives that scale our team from 8 to 9 figures per year.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a side hustle. This isn’t a gig. This is a full-time opportunity with real ownership and impact.
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to take full ownership of our creative process - from ideation, to production, to iteration. You’ll lead a team of copywriters, editors, and UGC managers, and turn market and performance data into ideas that scale.
If you love ads, storytelling, and scaling DTC brands, this is your chance to be part of a company where your work will directly impact millions of lives, drive millions in revenue — and where you’ll be rewarded for it.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain weekly and monthly creative calendars
Develop a deep understanding of our customer avatars
Research markets to find new hooks, trends, and opportunities
Write clear, actionable briefs for copywriters, editors, and UGC managers.
Review and provide feedback on scripts and videos.
Own the creation of hooks and manage the variation process.
Lead the ad ideation process and consistently introduce new angles, avatars, and ad styles.
Work with Media Buyers to review results and adjust strategy.
Share weekly reports on creative performance and testing priorities
Mentor copywriters/editors and keep raising the creative quality bar.
Experience Requirements
Proven record of creating multiple ads and VSLs that generated +7-figure.
Proven record of leading +8-figure creative teams and processes.
Strong direct response copywriting and storytelling background.
Skilled at translating performance data into clear briefs and creative hypotheses.
Curious and proactive in researching markets, trends, and “swipes”.
Experienced in briefing, guiding, and giving feedback to copywriters, editors, and creators.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about marketing.
Obsessed about impacting people’s lives and optimizing your sleep!
