2. Cameo (Director of Growth Strategy): Built the marketing strategy function and led work across Product, Data, and Finance ahead of the $1B Series C. The CRM team I built drove 289% YoY revenue growth.
3. Locale (Director of Growth & Analytics): Paired a new CRM (30% GMV lift the following month) with rebuilt analytics (87% ROAS increase in 5 months) and led a full website rebuild.
