Shiloh Gray is a creative executive, strategist, and designer who helps companies figure out what they should be, how they should show up, and how to make people care. As Founder & Principal of Grael, he works across brand, product, experience, and creative leadership, partnering with companies at moments of growth, change, or reinvention.

His career has moved between agencies, startups, and in-house leadership, with senior roles spanning brand, creative, and product. As VP of Brand & Creative at Winc, his work helped support roughly $30 million in year-over-year revenue growth and the company’s IPO. At ASAPP, he led a company-wide brand transformation and repositioning. Today, his work ranges from shaping global brands and launching new products to advising founders, building creative organizations, and stepping in as fractional creative leadership.

Shiloh’s work has been recognized by The Webby Awards, The One Show, and The Telly Awards, where he is also a judge and two time Silver winner. He has served as a juror for the Webbys, The Tellys, and The Drum Awards and mentors emerging talent through The One Club’s ONE School.
