Most recently I was Head of Paid Media at Fella & Delilah Health, a YC-backed weight-loss telehealth platform. I ran $2M+/month across Meta, Google, and TikTok, set budgets on payback and LTV:CAC by cohort, and used geo holdout tests to cut blended CAC by about 18%.

Before that I was CMO and lead media buyer at Status Audio, where I joined as hire #2 with full P&L. Revenue grew from $2M to $45M in 34 months, and I scaled media from $1M to $15M+ a year while holding a ~20% profit margin.

Earlier, I spent nearly five years at MLLNNL, rising from Media Manager to Media Director and managing $50M+ in paid media for 20+ e-commerce, fintech, CPG, and health clients.

I've also launched three consumer brands from $0 to $1M+ in revenue in their first 90 days.
