At Tomorrow Farms, she excelled as Director of Strategic Operations, developing comprehensive in-house customer experience strategies and supporting the company's retail expansion. Currently, as Director of Customer Experience at EllaOla, Katya spearheads the strategy for their direct-to-consumer supplement subscription business while managing outsourced CX operations, consistently ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
