Josh is Head of Growth & Marketing, leading UA, creative, marketing and email and reporting to the CEO. Since 2016 he's also partnered with a small, referral-only group of brands across every part of the business.

Before that, he built Mattered's paid media practice from zero (named Yotpo's Best Digital Agency of the Year for 2025) and spent almost five years at Monkedia, joining as a media buyer and leaving as Head of Paid Media & Chief of Staff as it became the fastest-growing company in Texas on the Inc. 5000. He started in Fortune 500 finance, so every decision runs on unit economics.
