Diane is a freelance performance creative lead & creative strategy consultant, with 5+ years leading creative strategy teams at 3 different performance creative agencies (Ready Set, Common Thread, TubeScience). At Ready Set, Diane led the creative strategy department as VP of Creative, managing 15+ strategists across 4 pods. She oversaw the growth of two multi-million dollar brands, expanding the Hims portfolio across 3 products (Hims Hair, Hims ED, Hers Anxiety) and expanding DoorDash across 3 audiences (Merchant, Consumer, & Dasher). At Common Thread, Diane launched the first performance creative service at a media buying-focused agency. She pivoted the creative team from brand advertisements to data-driven performance creative by focusing on UGC production and top performing video frameworks. She signed 10+ clients within the quarter by leading creative proposals with prospective clients. At TubeScience, Diane was the Creative Lead for the New Platforms pod, after successfully scaling top brands like Dollar Shave Club and Lumin in both Meta and Snapchat. The New Platforms pod was the first pod to create 9:16 short-format ads that scaled across Snapchat, TikTok, and Stories.
