Overview

I help consumer brand founders decide where to focus and run the business alongside them to get it done.

I co-founded Koio and spent 10 years as CEO. We raised $20M, opened stores across the US and sold through Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. I later led an 18-month turnaround that returned Koio to profitability and growth, before we sold the business in 2025.

Today I run Commerce Catalyst. My recent work includes Grown Alchemist and Sarah Flint. I help founders choose which growth opportunities to pursue, improve margins and cash flow, and organize the team around a clear plan.
