I’m a growth strategist and designer who helps direct-to-consumer brands develop and execute creative strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Previously, I led growth and creative at Sweetflexx, an eight-figure DtC women’s activewear brand. Identifying growth opportunities, developing the strategy behind them, and personally executing the creative across paid media, email, web, landing pages, campaigns, and retention.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a designer at Emmy Award-winning Raindrop Agency, where I built my foundation in high-performing consumer creative while working with brands including Dr. Squatch, Native, and Road Runner Sports.

My strength is that I can operate at both the strategic and executional level. I can identify what is limiting growth, build the creative strategy to address it, and then personally bring that strategy to life through polished, conversion-focused design.
