Currently SVP of Marketing & Commercial at BERO, where I lead global brand, marketing, partnerships, and commercial strategy for one of the fastest-growing premium non-alcoholic beer brands.

I’ve spent 12+ years building and scaling consumer brands across high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies, with experience spanning beverage, CPG, media, hospitality, and lifestyle. My career has focused on the intersection of brand building and commercial growth — creating brands that earn cultural relevance while translating that connection into measurable business impact.

At BERO, I’m a member of the founding executive leadership team and have helped build the business since pre-launch, shaping our brand and go-to-market strategy, marketing organization, innovation, strategic partnerships, and expansion across the US and UK. I’m particularly interested in connecting the full consumer and commercial ecosystem — from brand and culture to digital, retail, partnerships, and live experiences — around a cohesive growth strategy.

Throughout my career, I’ve been one of the first 10 full-time hires at four companies. I love the building stage: developing high-performing teams, creating new capabilities and ways of working, and turning ambitious ideas into scalable platforms for growth.

Outside of work, I love mentoring early-career marketers, exploring new cities and hospitality concepts, and finding the best places to eat and drink in every place I travel to.
